Instagram Overload #2 : Myrtle Beach Edition.

So to ring in my friend Lauren's birthday a couple of us headed to Myrtle Beach for a weekend.
The weather had been iffy all week so we prayed that it wouldn't rain the entire time we were there.
It was such a fun time!
Lots of drinks, random adventures, and of course beach time!
This was my second time in Myrtle Beach and I know it won't be my last!

1. Lauren the Birthday girl worked it out at Senor Frogs. Got some free drinks and some free money!

2. The weather improved enough for us to head to the beach.

3. Sunshine for hours...birthday girl got her beach day!

Instagram Overload

This summer has been jam packed and full of trips, BBQs, and soul-searching. 

Well more like job searching. 

But it still has been fun. 

I wanted to write multiple posts about all my weekends and misadventures, but I need to be realistic and my posts are going to be very few and far between since I haven't really had the motivation to write since I still haven't got my life in "order".

But that still doesn't mean I cant post some pics about my antics lately.

1. Food Truck Friday on the South End of Charlotte. Last time I tried a Shawarma from the Herban Legend. It was delicious!

2. Jack Honey is a regular staple in the house. Along with Hookah nights.

3. Great nights with my friends. Orlando was a blast. #TeamSpicy was reunited again.

4. Summer Food! Hotdogs, Watermelon, Assorted Desserts and Chips. All bad (except maybe the Watermelon) but ALL so tasty!

1. More great BBQ essentials; Meat to grill, Adobo seasoning and beer!

2. Fireworks! Definitely still hearing random fireworks being set off around our neighborhood.

3. Guacamole master in the house! Ask me about my recipe if you want to have an amazing food-gasm!

4. The Shoe Addiction is real! My latest pair from ShoeDazzle. Feena is beautiful and colorful! Perfect for the summer!

1. This gum is awesome! May be my new summer favorite!

4. Chipotle and a Jack and Honey with Ginger Ale. The start of a great evening!

5. Now that its warm. Working softball games isn't so bad now. I'm not freezing my butt off!

7. I like the Knicks too....but Lebron is first!! Go Heat!

8. Substituting sometimes has me watching the Magic School Bus all day....seriously.

1. Tried Moonshine at the bowling alley. Strawberry flavored...and it was delicious!

2. First day of it being sunny and warm outside. Had to rock to hot pink shades!

3.First time cooking with mushrooms. Sauteed mushrooms with chicken, rice, and green beans

4. Working at a recreation center sometimes is really calming...when no one is there yet.

5. Pedicure for the start of Spring. I'm excited to put on some cute polish!

6. Outside on the porch drinking a milkshake. Thank you Chick Fil A

7. The Chicken Coop is a landmark in Charlotte. Been around forever!

8. Michael Kors has these babies at Dillards and I need them in my life!!

9. Probate time! I visited GA and my fraternity brothers had new members!

10. A stroll competition was the next day...those are my sisters with all that hair flying!

11. Sister/Brother picnic reunited me with some of my favorite sorority sisters!

12. Me and my road trip buddy Joshira. We drove from Charlotte and had a great weekend!

Life Via Instagram #1

So I absolutely love Instagram. I got my iphone in January and it was one of the FIRST apps I downloaded. I love taking pictures and since I don't carry my camera around as much anymore (even though I should) I am so happy that I am able to use my phone to do so and post it! Its amazing what a world we are living in now where most people in your life can know whats going on with you just by reading a couple lines on Twitter, or checking out pictures on Facebook. A picture is worth a 1000 words( especially when it comes to my friends and family!) and I love that everyone can enjoy them in one place. So my first ever link-up is going to be using my favorite app on my phone....Life Via Instagram. I got this from Ashley at After Nine to Five. Enjoy!

1. My cute top that I wore to Brunch with two of my sisters Wendy and Lisette. I love taking pictures of my hair and my top of the day! Its hard to do a full body shot! lol

2. Peach Bellinis! These were delicious. We had brunch at this cute little place called "The Briar Patch" on Park Ave in Winter Park...so cute and quaint (never thought I would use that word!)

3. Ginos Pizza downtown Orlando...where I tend to always end my night of bar hopping and dancing the night away with my friends. We always meet some characters!

4. I tend to always take at least one picture of myself a week. This is just because my mother is always asking for pictures to send to her and I am and avid Facebook profile pic updater (i like people to be updated on how I look *yes you can laugh*)

5. Another eventful Saturday night. Since we travel in a pack (like 6-7 deep) we tend to always find people who want a bunch of girls to dance around in their VIP and drink their champagne. Its not an everyday thing, but that night was really fun!

6. Sunday night I was able to cook a really outstanding meal for myself and watch the Heat game! I love to cook and any chance I get I try to improve my skills :) Pork Chops, green beans, and butter herbs noodles were on the menu that night.
