Hello!

My name is Nikki.  I’m 27, born in NC, but raised all over the USA.

I can talk for hours about all the places I have seen and lived!

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2008
with a Bachelor’s in Communications in Public Relations.

After graduation I moved to Orlando, FL to work for Disney and stayed for 4 years, where my love for the mouse deepened! Top 3 Disney Movies; Cinderella, Lilo and Stitch, and Princess and the Frog.

I recently relocated back to Charlotte, NC to start a new chapter in my life. Like most 20-somethings nowadays I’m just trying to make a life for myself and see what adventures I can get into next. So many amazing experiences happened during my time at UNCC that I wanted to come back for Round 2.

My father is a Marine and I spent a majority of my life moving around. My favorite places to live were Hawaii, Japan, and California. This has made me an extremely social person with a very eclectic style and taste. I am influenced by all things Hawaiian/Japanese/ Southern/ West Coast.  

I am a full blown Libra when it comes to my personality, very balanced and kind-hearted, and a ton of fun!

I am an extreme Foodie; currently dealing with the struggle to balance my love of food and balancing my weight. Sushi, Mac and Cheese, and Chinese food are some of my favorites.

In 2007 I become a member of Mu Sigma Upsilon Sorority Incorporated, the FIRST multicultural sorority in the nation. I am so proud to be a founder of the only chapter in North Carolina and I continue to promote the traditions and goals of the sorority. I am actively involved as an alumni member so a lot of what I do, the people I meet, and the places I go usually involves my sisters and my organization!

SOME THINGS ABOUT ME:

• Obsessed with all things Leopard Print and Glitter!

• Wonder Woman is AWESOME! I buy everything with her on it!

• 90s Cartoons are the best!

• I have 3 Tattoos. All of them mean something and I have a list of more tattoos I want to get.

• Disney! It will always have my heart!

• Wiener Dogs are the cutest. It’s the only dog I’ve ever owned!
• Turtles are my favorite animal. Crush is my dude!
• Purple and Turquoise are my favorite colors.
• Coffee makes the world go round. Or at least my world.
• I’m a slave to Social Media. I will be on Instagram and Twitter all day if I could
• Terrified of Frogs! It’s a real thing called Ranaphobia.
• 3 foods I dislike: Bananas, Peas, and Sweet Potatoes
• I absolutely LOVE Reality TV Shows. Pure entertainment!
• Traveling is my addiction. I’m always down for a trip!
• I’m Guyanese-American. My dad is Guyanese and my mom is African-American
• Love watching Sports. NY Giants! Miami Heat! Duke!
